The Power House Gym is a convienent affordable indoor/outdoor fitness bootcamp program designed for every fitness level. We specialize in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, strength training workouts, effective low impact workouts and functional fitness programs. It's a rough and tough workout, we challenge you to be your best. Empowering your inner athlete!
Every workout is led by an experienced certified personal trainer that takes the time to evaluate every member to ensure proper training technique is being utilized. Each workout is created to be fun, engaging and challenging to burn fat and build muscle strength.
All workouts are done in a group setting. This allows for fun and engaging group accountability, team and community building, and personal training results at an affordable price.
Our goal is to help you achieve your goal. Also offering individual accountability by providing nutritional guidance, achievable and maintainable goals, and fitness adjustments or additions to ensure you're getting to where you want to be in your physical and mental fitness journey.
